Hello Everyone,
It has been a great year for the Comparative
Toxicogenomics Database (CTD). We introduced many new features, including:
Manually curated chemical-gene and protein
interactions are available for searching. To
date, CTD contains 21,103 curated chemical-gene
interactions, comprising 2,166 chemicals and 3,325 genes.
Our cross-species gene vocabulary is improved
and derived from NCBI (Entrez) Gene.
Human disease data is now included and
integrated with curated genes and chemicals. Find
them via the gene query form and chemical or disease browsers.
Please check out this newest release of
CTD. Sending us your feedback will help us
continue to improve the database (ctd at mdibl.org).
We are grateful for the generous support from the
National Institute of Environmental Health
Sciences (NIEHS), the National Library of
Medicine (NLM), and the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR).
Thank you for your continued support and interest.
Sincerely,
The CTD group
